JASON LYNN
IRISH SUPERSPORT 600

WELCOME TO
JASON LYNN RACING

Jason started racing minimotos in 2003 aged only 7years old – the very same day as his good friend Josh Cunningham. Jason won the Irish junior cadets championship in 2007 and successfully defended it 2008. In 2008 he won 23 out of 24 starts in the cadets class and was runner-up in the 2007 and 2008 Irish minimoto junior production class.

Jason on board the Suzuki 600 Supersport

For 2009 the Jason Lynn Racing Team purchased an Aprilia 125 but due to a few engine problems, never really had a chance at the championship, eventually finishing up 3rd in the class. However, 2010 has been a completely different story. JLR purchased a RS125 GP Honda and after sorting out a few issues with lack of power at the first few rounds, Jason went on to win the newcomers championship and the ISB clubman’s championship and ended up 5th overall in the ISB 125 national class, getting four podium’s on his way.

IN 2012...

Jason's bike for this year is owned by Walter Bell. It's a Suzuki 600cc Supersport. Jason has had a few days testing at Kirkistown and Bishopscourt and an open race at nutts corner where he claimed a 5th and 6th place finish. Other sponsors are slemish water, whatsonni.com, bridgestone, barneys day to day service station, bobby henry picture framing, robert lynn racing, keith lynn, Mum and Dad, craig gibson graphics, lynn painting, Steve-O-Designs and also thanks to Derek Clegg photography. Jason is running in the clubmans, ISB and Mondello championships were possible and if all goes according to plan, a round or two in england as long as I can get permission to ride there, due to the fact that Jason is only fifteen and had to get permission from the tarmac committee to race at home onboard the 600 supersport.

AND FINALLY...

As you can see, Jason Lynn Racing is a very close family run operation. All work is carried out in-house from painting bikes to bike preparation. JLR also hold a fundraiser each year in the local Royal British Legion Club and thankfully are always well supported by the people of the small village of Upperlands.

See you at track in 2012!
